PAYMENTS:

We accept debit and credit cards for payments. Checks will also be accepted and must be made out to Empire Vision Care LLC and mailed to us at P.O. Box 5220 Hazlet NJ 07730. The order will only be placed once payment has been received.

 

SHIPPING:

We offer local in the US standard 5-7 business days which is free for all orders. We also offer 2 business day shipping for only $11.50, and overnight shipping which is $16.50. Orders must be placed by 3 PM EST to arrive next day for overnight delivery. We also offer international shipping but rates vary depending on quantity of product and location. Please call or email us to discuss international shipping options and we will place your order. You will be charged for shipping internationally. Shipping time for international shipping varies by country and we will notify you of an estimated amount of days for shipping.

 

REFUNDS:

Refunds can not be and will not be accepted until the product has been ordered, shipped out, and verified delivered via tracking number and you return it to us. We cannot take opened or marked boxes for credit, and they must be unexpired and limited to 90 days from purchase. If purchasing non-contact lens related products such as eye drops, solutions, latex gloves, reading glasses, or lid cleansers, they are not eligible to be refunded all sales are final for those products. Please mail contact lenses to us at P.O. Box 5220 Hazlet NJ 07730. If you would like a full refund, all original boxes must be returned to us for credit. Partial credit may apply.

 

LENS REPLACEMENT:

We replace up to the number of lens purchased as trials if you tear or damage a lens. Limit to one box of trials per eye per month, with a standard shipping fee of $6.50. You may also elect to have them sent 2 day for $11.50 or overnight for $16.50. Orders must be placed by 3:00 P.M EST to arrive next day for overnight delivery.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders can be cancelled within 1 business day of purchase to avoid any fees. If you wish to cancel you have to call or email us directly. If the order is canceled for any reason after 1 business day, you will be responsible for the credit card processing fees and charged a service fee for cancelled orders.
